Alex Harvey - songwriting and performance - Alex is a fine and unassuming fellow who can often be found dining and chatting with friends at Puckett’s. Alex has penned some truly great songs (“Delta Dawn” and “Rueben James” are notable examples). He has performed at Puckett’s After Hours on multiple occasions, and has a most charming smile.
Anne Goetze - oil painting and photography - Anne is one of the most respected artists in the area. Her spectacular paintings have generated considerable acclaim - and rightfully so.

Lisa Fox - oils - Ms. Fox is also proprietress of Leipers Creek Gallery and therefore provides a splendid venue for the display of local works. She is also part of the Chestnut Group. The Chestnut Group members paint scenes from the local landscape that are shown at Leipers Creek gallery and other local venues.

Tod Ode - furniture, sculpture and pottery - Tod builds beautiful custom furnishings to individual specifications, but his pottery and sculpture come straight from his soul. His raku style pottery is especially lovely because of its unique glazes and textures. Tod also heads up the Boston Arts Collective. He and his friends in the group hold sales once or twice annually.
Senior Quilting Group - heirloom quilting - the group meets regularly at the Hillsboro/Leipers Fork Community Center where they have a dedicated quilting room. Their creations are each highly unique and fetch high prices at local charity auctions
Denise Martindale - paintings specializing in animal portraits
Pam Braun - photography, floral arrangements - In years past, Pam Braun was considered to be one of the best photographers around. Her photos depicting local scenery and plant life won countless prizes and were featured in numerous magazines and newspapers. Her photo of her mother’s barn veiled in mist at sunrise appeared on the cover of “Tennessee Magazine”. More recently, Ms. Braun has focused on her prize-winning flower arrangements which appear every Sunday in the sanctuary of Leipers Fork Methodist Church.
Vic Hood - wood carvings - Vic’s wood carvings are very highly prized. The sculptures he creates emerge from the wood as if they grew there. He is well known for his “Cigar Indians”. One of which can be seen on the front porch of his workshop on Old Hillsboro Rd.
